Order Processing Time

PRE-ORDERS

Please take note of the pre-order window on each collection page where applicable. 

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email to confirm your order and then a second email to confirm once your order has dispatched. If you do not receive this email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please check your junk and promo folders before contacting us.

Please note that we cannot control any unforeseen production issues or delays and will notify you of any that may affect your order being shipped on time. We highly recommend that you follow us on Instagram as we will have an order updates highlight on our page if there is anything to report!

Shipping Types & Costs

All of our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. You can find your local Royal Mail delivery partner via their website here.

Our shipping prices include packaging material and labour costs.

Standard international shipping is available worldwide and takes an estimated 10-14 business days (pending no delays). We ask that you wait an additional 5 working days before you contact us regarding missing packages (for more on this, see below). Tracked shipping is not available in all countries, but you will see an option called 'Signed For' which will allow you to have proof of delivery. If tracked shipping is available in your country, the tracking information will initially take up to 24-48 hours to update.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on the destination, weight, and type of postage you select.

Shipping Liability & Customs Charges

Once your order has been collected by Royal Mail, Blooming Dream Co. is no longer responsible or liable for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any of these issues, please contact the relevant carrier directly. The only information Blooming Dream Co. is privy to is the tracking number (if provided).

We highly recommend that you use the signed for or tracked options if you are concerned about any of the above issues.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Blooming Dream Co. is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with your local customs office to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay any additional fees on receipt of the package. Should the fees not be paid in full and the order is returned to us, the outstanding charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returned or Undelivered Mail

If your package is returned to us please contact us and let us know if you would like it to be shipped again. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs in the event that the returned mail was not our fault. We implore you to double check your shipping information when submitting your order and ensure you make any changes before your order is shipped.

In the event your signed for or tracked package is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, please check all areas where it could've been left (neighbours, front desk, postal box etc.) or contact the relevant carrier for assistance.

Shipping Suspensions & Delayed Services

We do not deliver to;

Afghanistan, Israel, Moldova, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela.

Known Issues/Delays;

China: Chinese customs have a limit of CNY 1,000 for personal shipments. The total value of multiple items should not exceed this, if they do, you may need to provide customs with further documentation. However, if the shipment contains only one item, it still can be cleared as personal effects even if the value is over CNY 1,000.

Ireland: Service is operating as normal, however, items that require the payment of import taxes by the recipient may take longer to be delivered as payment is required before items are released from Irish customs.

South Africa: Royal Mail is continuing to export as normal but are aware of extended processing times locally.

Ukraine: Due to the ongoing conflict, operationally there may be delays. Delays should continue to be expected for items destined to Ukraine until further notice.
