FAQ

Pre-Order Information

As we're a small (tiny!) business who pack and ship our own orders, we list all of our products on a pre-order basis to manage our stock levels and our finances.

Our re-order period for the Festa Collection will last from 13th June - 1st July. When this period is over, we will close orders until we've completed shipping. We will open in-stock orders with any leftovers at a later date.

As our aim is to release new collections throughout the year, we will only be doing limited runs and will likely retire products. So, if you really want something, we recommend getting it quickly!

Order Amendments

If your order has not been dispatched and you need to amend any shipping details please contact us with your order number and the relevant information.

We cannot amend orders once they have been marked as fulfilled.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before checking out, including checking t-shirt sizing or product variants. You can find all product information on their individual pages.

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us with pictures and relevant details ASAP so we can review the situation.

Apparel Care

Washing

We recommend washing any printed garments on your lowest setting. Heat can cause fading and shrinkage of the garment and will degrade the print faster. Spinning your garments quickly and in long washes (over 1 hour) will eventually take its toll. Try & keep the spins low and washes short.

Flipping your clothing inside out will also add a layer of protection and will prevent other garments in the same load rubbing against the print.

Don't mix colors (obviously!) and try to avoid washing printed garments with heavier fabric like towels, denim, clothing with zips, buttons etc. These can rub excessively and damage the print.

We recommend using a mild detergent. If you have a stain you need to remove, use a product you can apply directly to the stained area before washing.

Drying

Dryers can cook garments and cause fading, shrinkage and degrade the print. We recommend hang-drying your garments, but if you need to use a dryer please make sure to keep the temperature low.

Ironing

High heat can cause damage to the print so please DO NOT iron directly over your print. Flip the item inside out and iron on a low heat.

By following these guidelines you should be able to enjoy your custom garments for years to come!
